Face Frames

• ¾” Thick solid wood stiles and rails.
• 2” Top Rail and 1 ½” Bottom Rail, Mid Rail, Left & Right Stile.
• 3” Center Stiles.
• Custom sizes are available.
• All face frame joints are precisely aligned with blind mortise and tenon, glued and stapled at all joints.

End Panels

• ¾” Thick 7-Ply birch plywood on all unfinished ends.
• ¾” Thick 7-Ply matching species plywood on all exposed ends.
• Panel options are available.
• End panels are machined to accept tops, bottoms and shelves.

Wall/Tall Cabinet Tops and Bottoms, Base Cabinet Bottoms & Fixed Shelves

• ¾” Thick 7-Ply birch plywood on all unfinished tops, bottoms and fixed shelves.
• ¾” Thick 7-Ply matching species plywood when option F1 is selected.
• A dado joint, glue and staples are used to attach the top, bottom and fixed shelves into face frames, end panels and back braces.

Backs

• ¼” Thick pre-finished birch plywood on all unfinished backs.
• ¼” Thick matching species plywood when option F1 is selected.
• ¾” solid maple hanger cleats are provided for the cabinets, wall cabinets have 2 cleats and base cabinets have 1 cleat, a cleat is also inserted anywhere there is a fixed shelf.
• ¾” solid matching species hanger cleats when option F1 is selected.
• Backs are recessed and stapled into the end panel and hanger cleats.
• Shelves
• ¾” thick 3-Ply birch MDF core plywood for all adjustable shelves.
• Shelves are the full depth of the cabinet and have a front edge band on them.
  

Base Toe

• ¾” thick 7-Ply birch plywood on all structural toes.
• They are set in between the two end panels and stapled from the side.
• The structural toe is set back 3” and is 4” high.
• ¼” Thick matching species finish toe is applied after the cabinets are installed.

Drawer Boxes

• ½” Thick solid maple sides, front and back.
• ¼” Thick birch plywood bottoms.
• Dovetail construction with a natural finish.
• Accuride, side mount with full extension precision slides with steel ball bearings, finished in corrosion resistant bright zinc, 100 LB capacity.
• Mepla self-close under mount are available.

Doors

• ¾” Thick X 2 1/4” side solid matching species stiles and rails.
• Frames are joined together by mortise and tenon joints.
• ¾” Thick solid glued panels on all solid paneled doors.
• ¼” Thick matching species plywood on all plywood insert doors.
• Concealed hinges and exposed hinges are available.
